Shipping policy

We ship all orders from Amsterdam, Netherlands using PostNL, the Dutch postal service trusted across Europe and beyond. Once your order is processed and handed over to PostNL, you will receive a Track & Trace number so you can follow your parcel’s journey from our studio to your doorstep.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment.

Within the Netherlands, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.

For international orders, delivery can range from 7-15 business days depending on the destination.

Costs & Tracking

Shipping costs depend on the destination, weight, and size of your package. All shipments include Track & Trace so you can easily monitor delivery status.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information and a tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Each Muse piece is handmade with care and intention. For this reason, we only accept returns or refunds in the rare case that an item arrives damaged or faulty. Due to hygiene reasons and the handmade nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns for worn items or change of mind.
